Job Description
The overall purpose of an Operational Administrator is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations within an organization. They serve as the backbone of operational efficiency, helping the organization function effectively and meet its objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent is compulsory
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative environment
- Have access to own or reliable transport
- Driver’s license is compulsory
- Be able to work flexible hours as and when required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage administrative systems and procedures including employment and timekeeping of staff
- Coordinate office activities and workflows
- Support operational planning and reporting
- Ensure compliance with policies and deadlines
- Liaise between departments to streamline communication
