Education and Experience:
- Gr 12
- Professional cookery/similar
- 2 years of experience
- Knowlege and experience of special diets
- Knowlege and implementation of Organizational Safety.

- Preparation and service of quality meals
- Implementation of organizational safety policies and procedures
