Job Description

We are seeking a Health and Safety Quality Controller to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety practices, along with experience in quality control processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential health and safety hazards.
  • Monitor and track compliance with health and safety regulations through data analysis and report generation.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of health and safety standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to health and safety.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, quality control, or related field.
  • Certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety or quality control role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
